Shipping policy

GANAAN Highland Manufacturing Ltd. designs, manufactures and ships products for the piping and drumming market worldwide.

We try and provide the best economical shipping options available to our customers. However, since we use 3rd party shipping companies, we can't control when your purchase will get to you.

At GANAAN, we can provide you with the options that best fit your expectations for shipping. Most options will have a tracking number for you to follow the progress of your order from the time a order is shipped, till the moment you receive it at delivery address. Remember, that the least expensive option usually does not provide tracking number.

When possible we encourage our customers to select the Canada Post Xpresspost option. This will provide you with a tracking number and the lowest possible cost based on weight of the order.

You, the customer pays for shipping on purchases and returns. GANAAN will pay for shipping on a warranty exchange on full retail purchase price products only. Please refer to our Refund Policy for RMA details.
